Crypto Fee and Transfer index Crypto GulfArcade launched for Gulf region

A new Crypto Fee & Transfer Index has launched at crypto.gulfarcade.com. The free English and Arabic reference tool shows what it costs to send USDT, Bitcoin, and seven other coins right now, and the cheapest of the nine exchanges featured.
“Most people send USDT on Tron out of habit. Right now that habit can cost them a thousand times more than the same transfer on Solana,” said founder Tom Hannon. “We built the index so nobody has to guess.”
The index covers nine coins (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, TRX, TON and POL), eight major networks Gulf users rely on, and nine key exchanges: Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, Bitget, Rain, BitOasis, CoinMENA and Crypto.com. Network fees are measured on real transfers through public blockchain nodes and refreshed every 15-30 minutes.
Exchange fees are read from the exchanges’ own APIs every six hours or checked manually against their fee pages, with each row showing the last verification date. Numbers are published in an open JSON, and a methodology page explains each calculation with source links.
Each exchange page also carries a dated Gulf licensing table, verified in October 2026 against the VARA public register and the regulators’ own announcements. It shows exchanges with full licences in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain, those with only in-principle approvals, and those that have been fined or ordered to stop.
“Every figure on the site can be traced to a blockchain node or an exchange’s own API, and we say when we last checked,” Hannon added. “If a source goes down, we tell you rather than hide it.”
The index offers free embeddable widgets that show the live numbers on any website or Telegram landing page. The widget refreshes itself and contains no tracking. There is no fee, no sign-up, and no caps on usage. A Telegram channel, t.me/cryptofeeindex, posts the cheapest way to send USDT and Bitcoin every morning and alerts subscribers the moment a network’s fee jumps or falls sharply.
