Digital assets and Fintech entity Zoyo enters KSA

Zoyo Limited a fintech and digital assets entity listed on the London Stock Exchange, has engaged KSA Catalyst as its Middle East advisor to support expansion across the region, with initial focus on Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries to grow its engagement in digital assets, trading platforms and tokenization related technologies.
As per their press release, KSA Catalyst will assist Zoyo with strategic market entry, local partnerships, regulatory navigation, and commercial positioning within key Middle Eastern jurisdictions. The company aims to establish long-term relationships with regional partners and institutions.
“We are pleased to be working with Zoyo as it builds its presence in the Middle East,” said Aitua Ekhaese, co-founder of KSA Catalyst, “Zoyo’s platform strategy and ambitions align well with regional demand for next-generation financial and digital asset infrastructure.”
This comes as Saudi Arabia increases its tokenization projects, with RER KSA announcing the world’s first tokenized Property registry platform with SettleMint. The Saudi Arabian Real Estate Registry (RER), which is under the supervision of KSA’s Real Estate General Authority (REGA), has launched a nationwide property tokenization infrastructure that offers digital ownership transfer built on a blockchain infrastructure that would include real estate registration, fractionalization and marketplace integration.
SettleMint, an enterprise asset tokenization platform, has already deployed the blockchain enabled platform which will act as a technological backbone for next-generation property marketplace.
