Septten Advisors provides specialist support for Fundraising Rounds

Soham Jethani, founder and Managing Partner of the specialist consultancy, Septten Advisors, serving founders and operators in technology, AI, fintech and digital assets, confirmed that he supported Fasset on its $68 million Series C financing led by SBI Group. The round valued Fasset at $1 billion and marked a major milestone for the stablecoin-powered neo-banking and digital-asset platform as it entered unicorn status.
Jethani supported as legal lead across the Series B and C processes. His role included leading the legal workstream, supporting negotiation of the definitive agreements, coordinating legal due diligence, and helping manage closing mechanics alongside Fasset’s governance and regulatory obligations.
The mandate demonstrates the type of support Septten provides to scaling businesses: practical legal and strategic advice that connects fundraising execution with corporate structure, founder protection, governance, investor rights, regulatory strategy and commercial decision-making. For founders, a financing round is not only a capital event; it is also a point at which control of rights, reserved matters, information rights, transfer restrictions, board composition, investor consent mechanics, exit provisions and future fundraising flexibility need to be carefully aligned.
Jethani has supported several emerging companies over several years as the companies moved from their earlier stages toward unicorn status. That support has extended beyond transaction documents to the wider questions that arise for a regulated fintech and digital-asset business operating across multiple jurisdictions, including group structuring, governance, licensing strategy, founder support, investor readiness and the legal operations needed to scale.
“This Series C is exactly the kind of milestone where founders need legal advice that is commercial, precise and execution-led,” said Soham Jethani, Founder and Managing Partner of Septten Advisors. “We are proud to have supported them on this financing and to have worked with the company over several years as it scaled from humble origins to unicorn status. Our role is to help founders make the legal, governance and regulatory decisions that allow ambitious businesses to keep moving.”
Septten’s positioning is built around founders and operators who need advice that moves at the speed of the business. The firm supports clients through an innovative model of in-house support through an outsourced provider, with a particular focus on fintech, digital assets, AI and other emerging technologies.
