UAE regulated Klickl and Tansar Capital to build digital asset infrastructure solutions

Klickl, a regulated open banking and virtual asset platform with a full license from the Financial Services Permission (FSP) from FSRA in ADGM UAE, has joined forces with Tansar Capital, a leading Kazakhstan brokerage and asset manager to build compliant digital asset infrastructure, stablecoin payment solutions, and a stronger Middle East-Central Asia capital bridge.

The agreement was reached during Klickl’s participation in the Tansar Capital Investors Annual Meeting.

The agenda focused on Central Asia as an emerging investment destination, with Kazakhstan increasingly positioned as a strategic hub connecting capital, trade, digital finance, and regional innovation.

As per the announcement Klickl views Central Asia not only a growing market for capital flows, but also a meaningful opportunity to advance compliant digital financial infrastructure across cross-border payments, asset mobility, fiat and digital asset connectivity, and real-world use cases.

Klickl also held constructive discussions with the Tansar Capital team on capital deployment, digital financial infrastructure, and potential pathways for future collaboration.

This is not the first time Klickl partners with leading players in the financial and capital markets realm. In 2025 they partnered with WE Bank China’s digital bank and Goldford Group to create a cross regional fintech innovation alliance spanning across China, Hong Kong and the Middle East, which will include the development of a blockchain and AI incubation program.
