Nova Digital now licensed by Dubai’s Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority

Nova Digital, a Dubai-based investment management firm focused on applying rigorous research, market insight, and systematic analysis to the digital asset markets received a VASP license to provide Virtual Asset Management and Investment Services from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) in UAE.

According to Nova Digital’s website, they carry out structured, evidence based investment, studying market dynamics, and global digital asset ecosystem.

Their team draws on experience from leading global investment firms across both traditional finance and digital asset markets.

Their website notes, “We believe digital assets represent a significant long-term development in financial systems and market structure. Navigating this space responsibly requires discipline, technology fluency, and a commitment to continuous research.”

In the last months VARA has offered in-principle approvals to several VASPs. Already there are other VASPs licensed in VARA who offering investment management services, including Mantra Finance, OFZA, OKX, Aya, AquaNow, HT Markets, Binance, Crypto.com, Nine Blocks Capital, and Laser Digital.
