UAE regulated Emcoin to offer its clients Crypto.com crypto trading services

Emirates Coin Investment LLC known as EmCoin, the UAE’s first virtual asset trading platform licensed by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), Emirates Coin Investment (EmCoin) is the UAE’s first multi-asset investment platform licensed by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) to provide fully regulated virtual asset services including virtual assets, FX pairs, equities, ETFs, and commodities within a single secure and compliant application, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with global crypto trading platform operator Crypto.com, to explore new ways of enabling EmCoin users to seamlessly access and trade crypto assets.

Subject to regulatory approvals, the two companies will collaborate on potential integrations that leverage Crypto.com’s global liquidity and infrastructure to expand EmCoin’s customer experience, including enhancing their trade execution offering and enabling access to a wider selection of cryptocurrencies at tighter spreads.

The initiative aims to simplify how EmCoin users interact and trade digital assets in compliance with the relevant regulatory frameworks while Crypto.com continues its commitment to partnering with regulated and trusted brands through this collaboration with the first SCA-regulated virtual asset platform.

In addition, Crypto.com will explore supporting the tokenization of EmCoin’s real-world assets (RWAs) via the application of its technologies and those of their strategic partners, such as Cronos EVM chain, in line with regulatory requirements.

Yasin Arafat, Chief Operations Officer of EmCoin noted that their focus is on making digital asset holdings easier to access, manage and move, without compromising on security and user protection. He explains, “Partnering with Crypto.com brings together our expertise, multi-asset insight, and enhanced liquidity to support large trade volumes.”

Over the past months Crypto.com has signed several MOUs with entities both private sector and governmental across the UAE. Recently, LuLu Financial Holdings, a UAE based holding company investing in financial services and products to improve people’s lives, and includes subsidiaries such as LuLu Exchange, LuLu Forex, and LuLu Financials partnered with Crypto.com, to develop regulated digital asset capabilities across multiple markets, starting in the UAE.

In addtion names such as The fintech arm of UAE’s telecom operator, e&, e& money, Sirius Holding, Emarat Energy, Dubai Land Department, and Dubai Duty Free, Emirates Airlines, Dubai Department of Finance, and others.
