ADI Foundation partners with Hypernative to secure projects on ADI Chain

ADI Foundation, the Abu Dhabi based non-profit founded by Sirius International Holding, has partnered with Hypernative to provide real-time onchain security monitoring for projects building on ADI Chain, the institutional Layer 2 blockchain for stablecoins and real world assets in the MENA region.

As per the announcement, the partnership will make Hypernative’s Ecosystem Program available to projects launching on ADI Chain, allowing them to receive monitoring coverage from the moment they go live without first having to build a separate security operation.

The move comes as ADI Chain continues to expand its role as a regulated blockchain infrastructure layer in the UAE and wider region. Recently, ADI Chain secured a strategic investment of $50 million to accelerate its sovereign Layer 2 expansion across the Middle East, Africa and Asia. The network has also been positioned as the settlement infrastructure for DDSC, the UAE dirham-backed stablecoin launched through First Abu Dhabi Bank, IHC and Sirius International Holding, and has gained wider access after Ledger Wallet added support for the $ADI token.

Through Hypernative’s Onchain Monitoring and Automated Response platform, projects on ADI Chain will be able to monitor smart contracts, wallets, bridges and other core infrastructure. The security layer is designed to detect threats as they are unfolding and connect alerts to automated response, giving teams a chance to contain attacks before they settle onchain.

Security has become a key requirement for institutional blockchain adoption, especially as regulated assets, stablecoins and tokenized financial products move onchain. For ADI Chain, which is being built for governments, banks and enterprises, real-time monitoring is not just an added feature but part of the trust layer required for critical financial infrastructure.

Kiran Kumar, Head of Security at ADI Foundation, explained, “Security is one of the first questions institutions ask before they put regulated assets onchain. Making real-time monitoring available to teams building on ADI Chain lets them respond to threats fast, which lowers the barrier to moving real-world assets and stablecoins onto the network and supports the kind of institutional activity we built the chain for.”

According to the announcement, Hypernative’s coverage maps to the categories behind some of the largest onchain losses, including bridge attacks, smart contract exploits and private key theft. Its detection layer feeds into an automated response system, enabling a project to react during an exploit rather than after funds have already been drained.

Gal Sagie, CEO and Co-Founder of Hypernative, added, “Chains earn trust when the projects on them can operate without carrying blind spots. Working with ADI Chain lets us put real-time detection and response in front of the teams building regulated financial products in the region, so growth and security move together.”

Hypernative’s enterprise-grade platform monitors more than $100 billion worth of digital assets across over 70 chains for more than 300 organizations, including Circle, Chainlink, Ethena, Galaxy and Morpho. Its availability on ADI Chain adds another infrastructure layer to a network that has been building momentum through partnerships around regulated stablecoins, institutional settlement, tokenized assets and blockchain implementation in the UAE.

The announcement follows a series of ADI Chain related developments, including the Central Bank approved DDSC AED stablecoin going live on ADI Chain, Ledger Wallet supporting the $ADI token, ADI Foundation partnering with The Block to enhance blockchain implementation in the UAE, and ADI Chain raising $50 million for expansion. Together, these moves point to ADI Foundation’s broader push to make ADI Chain a trusted infrastructure layer for regulated digital finance across emerging markets.
