Securitize announces a new partnership in UAE, ADI Chain

UAE regulated and headquartered, ADI Foundation and Securitize, a global leader in tokenized assets, have partnered to integrate Securitize’s tokenization infrastructure with ADI Chain, Blockchain expanding the network’s institutional tokenization capabilities and creating new infrastructure for regulated financial assets to move onchain.

ADI Chain, the institutional blockchain infrastructure was built to move digital assets, payments and real-world value seamlessly across global markets. Through the integration, ADI Chain will become part of Securitize’s growing multichain ecosystem, creating a pathway for eligible tokenized financial products issued through Securitize to leverage ADI Chain infrastructure, subject to applicable regulatory, product and jurisdictional requirements.

Securitize provides regulated, end-to-end infrastructure spanning the issuance, management, distribution and trading of tokenized securities and works with some of the world’s largest asset managers.

Andrey Lazorenko, CEO at ADI Foundation, noted that tokenization is changing how the world thinks about ownership, capital and financial markets. He adds that bringing the Securitize infrastructure to ADI Chain will create a network where real-world value can be issued, distribute and settled seamlessly across global markets.

Carlos Domingo, Co-Founder and CEO of Securitize agrees that tokenization can close the gap between investors in the Global South and high quality financial products.

He adds, ” The UAE is a natural hub for connecting investors across these markets with regulated financial products from around the world. Integrating with UAE-based ADI Chain is an important first step toward building the distribution infrastructure needed to make that vision possible.”

Recently Securitize also partnered with Dubai’s Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority. Both entities agreed to collaborate through knowledge sharing, ecosystem developement and regulatory engagement to advance responsible innovation in tokenization.
