Abu Dhabi based, DSKZ International Investment LLC and Sarveshwar Foods is an Indian small-cap FMCG company specializing in the processing, manufacturing, and marketing of branded and unbranded Basmati and non-Basmati rice, have announced the execution of a Joint Venture Shareholders’ Agreement to establish an integrated food manufacturing, processing, value addition and distribution platform in Abu Dhabi, UAE with an initial investment of $50 million. The manufacturing entity will explore the integration of Artificial Intelligence and blockchain technologies across the value chain, using AI to enhance demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply chain intelligence and operational efficiency, while blockchain will support greater traceability, provenance and transparency from source through processing and distribution

As per the announcement, this represents the first stage of a broader development program designed to establish advanced manufacturing and value addition capabilities in Abu Dhabi and progressively expand the platform across regional and international markets.

The initiative is aligned with the UAE strategy to enhance food security, developing resilient supply chains and increasing the global competitiveness of products manufactured and value added within the UAE.

In phase one the partners both DSKZ International and Sarveshwar Foods will establish the initial industrial and operational foundation of the joint venture with $50 million investment. The investment will develop the manufacturing and processing capacity, production infrastructure, technology deployment, supply chain integration and marketing.

Later phases will include local processing, manufacturing, product development and value addition within the UAE itself. As the platform develops, the partners intend to incorporate advanced processing technologies, automation, sustainable production practices and efficient resource utilisation, supporting the creation of a modern and internationally competitive food manufacturing ecosystem anchored in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Khalifa Hamad Al Aleeli, Group CEO and President of DSKZ Group, noted that this represents an important committment to translating the UAE’s industrial ambitions into tangible investment, manufacturing capacity and long term economic value from Abu Dhabi.
