Binance launches tokenized securities trading pairs out of ADGM UAE

Binance Exchange announced that it has added bStocks Tokenized Securities Trading Pair(s) & Trading Bots Services on Binance offered through an approved prospectus in ADGM financial center out of Abu Dhabi UAE only, and will be launching SpaceX bStocks soon.


As per the announcement, bStocks are available to eligible users in certain jurisdictions on a secondary market basis only. bStocks are Tokenized securities issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate. bStocks are classified as Certificates representing certain Financial Instruments. They represent an interest in underlying securities held by the Issuer and are not direct ownership of the underlying Shares.

Binance exchange opened trading and enabled Spot Algo Trading Bots services for the bStocks Circle (CRCLB), Micron (MUB), NVIDIA (NVDAB), Sandisk (SNDKB) and Tesla (TSLAB) trading pair(s).


Binance also announced it will be launching SpaceX (SPCXB) bStocks soon. The company also noted that its stock trading service surpassed $400 million in Assets Under Management (AUM) just one week after launch, which was June 1st 2026. Binance rolled out trading for 7,000+ U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs for eligible non-U.S. users. It’s powered through Binance’s ADGM (Abu Dhabi) broker-dealer entity and partners like Alpaca for execution.
