Binance offers U.S. stocks as tokenized securities through ADGM in UAE

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users, has launched bStocks for eligible UAE clients within ADGM, emphasizing that the company is growing beyond digital assets and offering users access to select U.S. stocks through tokenized securities.
As per the announcement, bStocks provide users with a more accessible and flexible way to diversify their portfolios while benefiting from blockchain-native capabilities.
bStocks are tokenized securities designed to mirror the price of select U.S. stocks and ETFs. Issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate, each bStock is intended to track the price of a corresponding underlying share held with a regulated custodian. While bStocks do not represent actual ownership of the underlying stocks, they are designed however to combine traditional finance with blockchain technology. They offer eligible users a simpler and more flexible way to access U.S. equity markets.
Binance notes that bStocks are designed to track the price of the corresponding underlying asset, but are not guaranteed to reflect its real-time market price at all times.
Binance’s Bstocks allow eligible users in the UAE to start trading for as low as $5 24 hours a day seven days a week. It also offers self custody with the ability to transfer supported bStocks to compatible BNB Chain wallets.
UAE eligible users will be able to access tokenized securities for
Circle Internet Group (CRCLB/USDT)
Micron Technology (MUB/USDT)
NVIDIA (NVDAB/USDT)
Sandisk (SNDKB/USDT)
Tesla (TSLAB/USDT)
In addition to the above, many other bStocks are available on Binance and are expected to be introduced progressively, subject to applicable approvals.
Tarik Erk, head of MENAT noted that Binance is building much more than a crypto platform, but a financial super app. He explains the app gives users seamless access to a growing range of financial opportunities through one trusted ecosystem.
According to him, the launch of bStocks in the UAE marks another important step in that journey.
In a recent interview with Soham Jethani, partner at Septten Advisors he noted, “Binance chose to acquire three licenses from the FSRA in ADGM for these reasons. Soham recommends that big entities take the same road as well. Binance has one entity for broker dealer services, and exchanges that offers not only spot trading but derivatives trading, and its second entity for custody which is also a recognized clearing house offering custody and a central securities depository service, and finally its third license as a clearing house.”
He added at the time, “I believe the next license Binance will be working on is RIE (Recognized Investment Exchange) which will allow it to trade traditional securities as well, if that is not already in the pipeline.”
It seems this is where Binance is truly heading a super financial app for all investments.
