UAE ADI Foundation appoints previous VISA head as Chief Business Officer

UAE ADI Foundation, developers of Layer 1 blockchain ADI Chain, has appointed Dr. Svyatoslav Senyuta as Chief Business Officer at ADI Foundation, who recently held the position of Vice President and Head of Visa Government Solutions for Central Europe and Middle East.

As per the LinkedIn post by ADI Foundation, Senyuta has a deep experience in digital payments, identity, and digital public infrastructure. He has worked closely with governments and public institutions.

At Visa, Senyuta collaborated on advancing national digital infrastructure, including work with the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, a strategic partnership with PEMANDU Associates to support large-scale government transformation programs, and initiatives integrating digital payments with digital identity systems.

His work also contributed to digital identity and wallet frameworks supporting government service access and financial inclusion, including programs such as Ethiopia’s FaydaPass and early-stage national “Smart Wallet” initiatives.

At ADI Foundation, Svyat will focus on expanding global partnerships, working with governments, financial institutions, and technology leaders to build real-world applications across payments, digital identity, and institutional digital infrastructure.

ADI Foundation also recently noted the journey of global financial transactions is being rewritten, with 48% of institutions choose stablecoins for speed over cost. The reason being that with on chain transactions the steps are quicker and simpler it goes from Sender wallet to onchain settlement layer and receiver wallet. Verification and settlement happen within the same system. Transactions can finalize in seconds, streamlining what is typically a multi-institution process.

According to the post, “Rather than depending on fragmented chains of liquidity providers and multiple banks, digital assets move through a far shorter path. The biggest shift isn’t just the reduction in operational cost. It’s that the journey of a transaction is becoming dramatically shorter and far more predictable.”
