UAE Prypco to use Fireblocks for its tokenization platform

UAE based PropTech platform PRYPCO has selected digital asset infrastructure provider Fireblocks as its strategic technology partner to support the next phase of its real-world asset tokenization strategy.
Under the agreement, Fireblocks’ digital asset infrastructure will underpin PRYPCO’s tokenization operations, including wallet security, private key management and custody services. The integration is intended to support PRYPCO’s efforts to expand fractional real estate investment through tokenized structures while maintaining institutional-grade safeguards.
PRYPCO said strengthening its core infrastructure is a key step as it scales regulated access to fractional property ownership and broadens participation from regional and international investors.
Fireblocks provides digital asset infrastructure used across multiple blockchain networks and supports large-scale asset transfers for financial institutions, exchanges and fintech platforms. Its technology is designed to support token issuance, custody and transaction management within regulated frameworks. Fireblocks currently facilitates more than $10 trillion in digital asset transfers, supports over 550 million wallets, and offers infrastructure compatibility across 120+ blockchains, providing PRYPCO with a proven, globally trusted technology stack as it scales its RWA offerings internationally.
Amira Sajwani, founder and chief executive of PRYPCO, said infrastructure and security are central to the platform’s growth plans as tokenised real estate gains traction. “As PRYPCO scales its real-world asset tokenization platform globally, infrastructure strength and security are non-negotiable,” said Amira.
The partnership is intended to support flexibility and resilience as PRYPCO expands its offering while operating within regulatory requirements and investor protection standards.
“We selected Fireblocks as they represent the highest standard in secure digital asset infrastructure, enabling us to operate with the flexibility, resilience, and security required to serve a new generation of global investors while maintaining the highest levels of trust and regulatory integrity,” she added.
Earlier this week Prypco signed an MOU with Georgia’s Ministry of Justice for tokenization of their real estate sector.
