Crypto firm Davensi receives in principle approval from VARA Dubai

French crypto investment, trading and treasury company Davensi has according to UAE based W3C an advisory and legal consulting firm, received an in principle approval from Dubai’s Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority.
While still not listed on VARA’s website W3C on LinkedIn announced that they supported Davensi throughout its VARA licensing journey.
The post added that this was part of Davensi’s regulated expansion plan into the UAE. Davensi combines technology and investment expertise, to provide tailored digital asset solutions for investors, professionals, and businesses including portfolio management and corporate treasury solutions. In 2021 it raised 14 million Euros.
With the In-Principle Approval now secured, the focus moves to the next major milestone: obtaining the full VARA licence and completing the requirements necessary to commence regulated operations in Dubai, subject to VARA’s final approval.
