RAIN Crypto exchange receives its second UAE license from VARA Dubai

Rain has secured its second UAE crypto exchange license from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), marking a significant step in the company’s growth and strengthening its position as a regulation-led digital asset platform in the Middle East.
The approval gives Rain a regulated presence in Dubai, one of the world’s most ambitious hubs for virtual assets. In May 2026 RAIN had received its in principle approval from VARA Dubai.
The milestone adds to Rain’s established regulatory credentials across the Gulf. In Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Rain Trading Limited holds an active Financial Services Permission from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. Rain is also licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain, where the company built one of the region’s early regulated platforms for crypto-asset services.
With licences in Dubai, ADGM and Bahrain, Rain now operates across three important financial jurisdictions, each with its own regulatory framework. That footprint reflects the company’s long-standing belief that trust in digital assets is built through clear rules, strong governance and close engagement with regulators.
