Jozo operates is converting physical property assets into digital tokens, the platform allows investors to purchase smaller shares of high-value properties, acess real estate with lower capital requirements, and trade ownership more flexibly.

According to the news, Sheikh Hamad bin Saedan is expected to play a critical role in expanding Jozo’s pipeline of real estate assets available for tokenization. The partnership will include access to premium property opportunities, market credibility and trust, as well as strategic guidance in navigating the Saudi real estate landscape.

As per Jozo it plans to use the raised capital to enhance its technology platform and scale operations across Saudi Arabia, as well as expand its asset portfolio.

The company has already achieved a notable milestone by issuing the first tokenized property deed in KSA.

Jozo was part of Saudi’s REGA ( Real estate General Authority) first proptech sandbox.

In 2025, Saudi based Oumla, a blockchain infrastructure company for enterprises, and Jozo, signed a strategic agreement to enable real estate asset tokenization and fractional ownership in a regulated and transparent manner within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi REGA tokenization platform has been designed and built by SettleMint, an DALP ( Diigtal Asset Lifecycle platform platform) which deployed the blockchain enabled platform acting as a technological backbone for next-generation property marketplace.

The platform will integrate blockchain based title management, automated valuation models (AVMs), escrow linked payment verification, and fractional ownership capabilities which will open up the property investment and financing market to more players in a transparent, and secure way.
