Truleum tokenized Fund officially launches out of DIFC

Truleum Venture Partners based out of DIFC ( Dubai International Financial Center) in Dubai UAE, has announced that its Turleum flagship tokenized venture fund has been officially structured under DFSA (Dubai Financial Services Authority) Investment Token regime. ZIGChain,a Layer 1 blockchain for Wealth generation infrastructure, in partnership with Disrupt.com, acquired a strategic stake in Truleum, back in 2025.
According to Truleum website the venture capital firm is creating a world where investing is faster, fairer, and founded on transparency. It stands at the intersection of traditional fund management and blockchain innovation.
Nimit Ramaiya, Venture Partner and Advisor at Truleum, on LinkedIn noted, ” I am proud to share that Truleum’s flagship Tokenized Venture Fund is officially structured under the DFSA’s Investment Token regime. As an advisor to Truleum, I’ve had a front-row seat to how this came together – and this milestone is bigger than just one fund.”
He explained, that venture capital has been sitting on old infrastructure using manual onboarding, fragments cap tables, and subscription documents exchanged over email.
With the Truleum Fund I LP, a tokenized fund, he explains that it is not just a digitized version, but the governance, transfer restrictions, investor eligibility and compliance controls are all embedded into the asset itself.
He explains, ” At its core, this is an operational efficiency story. Faster settlements. Programmable ownership. Cleaner records. Less reconciliation. More time spent on what actually matters.”
The tokenized fund was developed with the assistance of Tokeny, an Apex Group company.
In September 2025, QNB Group ( Qatar National Bank), Standard Chartered and DMZ Finance, an RWA tokenization infrastructure provider, launched the Dubai International Financial Centre’s (DIFC) first regulated tokenized money market fund, the QCD Money Market Fund (units in QCDT).
Previously back in March 2025, Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the regulatory arm of DIFC ( Dubai International Financial Centre) launched its tokenization regulatory sandbox. The tokenization regulatory sandbox (TRS), which has two stages: the innovation testing license (ITL) under the tokenization cohort and a DFSA license to enter the program.
